STEAMBOAT 2023 RACE AND LEARN TO SKI CAMP: 40th Anniversary! Registration opened June 1st. First 100 to sign up in Trappeur’s will be in for a drawing at Fall Conference to win their base package price back! Base price for Trappeur’s is $1420 without lifts, transfers or air. Six day lift is $415. The Grand hotel rooms are an option for those wanting single supplements, couples wanting their own space (we have no 1bd condos this year) or overflow if our Trappeur’s units fill up. The registration page will have all the options for deducts or add ons. Note: Ikon Base pass is good for 5 days at Steamboat and Full Pass is unlimited. CSC 2024 SKI WEEK – TAOS, NEW MEXICO: January 13-20, 2024 We have enough Snakedance and El Pueblo units for final lodging, Sara is working on the ski transfers and once that is settled on we will get the full trip info, pricing and flyer, etc out to you. Registration is scheduled to open July 1, 2023.

Iceland Adventure Trip May 19-28 2024
2024 ADVENTURE TRIP – ICELAND: Below is the link to the trip presentation and contact Lisa B for electronic flyer. Registration will open June 1st utilizing the link on the flyer. Air: Collette can quote it out of ANY departure gateway. The rate in the package is good for these Crescent gateways: ATL, AVL, BNA, BHM, CLT, CHS, CRW, ECP, GSO, GSP, HSV, RDU, and TYS. For those out of smaller regional gateways such as TRI, CHA, Augusta, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Winston Salem, etc. they can quote you out of your local gateway and add it to the standard price if that is what the guest wants. Actual flight schedules and airlines will be shared as soon as that information is loaded this summer. For those that want to deviate on the air (or add pre/post trip) use the phone number and call in to make your reservations.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ICELAND REGISTRATION:
1. Registration will open June 1 2023 utilizing the link on the
flyer: www.https://gateway.gocollette.com/link/1178779
2. Airport: on the registration form there are three options: air from TYS (default based on the contract), no
air and “preferred airport”. They must put in their preferred airport, and the cost will calculate the same as
long as it is from one of the 13 cities listed above. If they prefer an alternate city and put it in, Collette will
contact them to let them know if there is a price difference.
3. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you add what club you are with onto the online form. There is no specific place
to do this, so we need participants to write in their club in one of the available lines: Special Occasion or
Dietary Restrictions as shown below from the registration.
4. If a participant is a single and does not have a known roommate but is looking to be paired up by Crescent, they need
to register as a single. Crescent will be reviewing the registrations periodically and pairing these up. Once they are
paired , the two single registrations will be merged and pricing will change to the double cost for each registrant.
5. Our price $4898 includes the travel insurance. The registration form has to give the individual the option not to take it, so the form looks like the deposit is $698 and then when you “purchase” travel insurance at $499, you get the $1147 deposit Crescent is advertising.
