Come Rain or Shine Don Locklear is hosting a Flag Day Celebration at his home.  There will be fireworks and a Civil War Cannon. Bring your friends and family and any fireworks you want to shoot, OR just come and enjoy the fun.  There will be a Roman Candle Finale, so bring 2 large Roman Candles for each person to shoot off at the same time.
