SUMMARY:ETMM Christmas Tree Decorating at Founders Park in Johnson City
DESCRIPTION:ETMM will decorate a tree in Founders Park in Johnson City Nov 26th starting around 11:30am and will probably end up in a local establishment to warm up and maybe get appetizers. If you are interested in making ornaments for the tree there are some rules which are outlined below: \n– The trees are pre-lit and we are not allowed to add any lights\n– No ornaments can be made of glass or be breakable\n– Must be family friendly ornaments with no derogatory language\n– Ornaments should be well made and water resistant as they will be outdoors for over a month\n– We must use strong “ties” to hang the ornaments like zip-tie. normal ornament hangers are not strong enough. we will need small zip-ties or wire.\n– Items must be attached to the tree\, cannot place items under the tree.\n– No candles or flammables\n– No painting or flocking of the trees are allowed \nWe must decorate the tree between November 25-30 and we have to be completed by 5:00PM on the 30th in time for the lighting ceremony at 6:30 that evening. We will need to take the ornaments down by January 7 or we will not be allowed to participate in future events.

DESCRIPTION:The annual Crescent Ski Council Spring Conference will take place in Myrtle Beach\, South Carolina beginning April 23rd to April 27th.  Our fearless leaders will be meeting to make plans for the clubs as we venture into the coming years.  Club members will be socializing\, swimming\, sunning\, eating\, golfing\, playing tennis\, mini golfing and enjoying many other activities before concluding with the beach olympics competition between the clubs.  Always a fun time had by all!

SUMMARY:Rick and Mark's Famous Fish Fry
DESCRIPTION:Rick and Mark’s Famous Fish Fry will be held Saturday\, May 3rd\, at the Eastman Cabins #8. (Same location as last year\, near Bays Mountain.) The cabin is booked for the day but dinner will be served between 4:30 to 5:00.  Fish will be supplied by Rick and his merry band of redneck fishin’ buddies that have angled many of the beautiful lakes of East Tennessee to provide us with the best fish in the area.  Bring a side dish to share and BYOB.  Need a headcount\, so send Mark your RSVP\, to his email address and let him know what side dish you plan to bring.  An added bonus:  It is Derby Day!  We will be watching the ponies run and cheering our favorite horses to the finish line. Cornhole boards will also be provided to work off calories from the delicious fish we will be eating.
